How big is it?

SmoothGroove is approximately 90mm long and 43mm wide.

How does it work?

SmoothGroove is made from a medical grade polymer that moulds itself to your shape and is held in place by tight fitting clothing.

Why is there just one size?

Research so far suggests that there are only very minor differences between women of all shapes, sizes and ages.

Will it fall out?

Tests demonstrate that SmoothGroove won’t fall out in normal use and for mild to moderate exercise. However, it isn’t recommended for vigorous exercise.

Which way round does it go?

Position your SmoothGroove with the narrower part towards the back.

Do you have to be wearing knickers to use it?

No, provided what you are wearing is tight fitting. SmoothGroove is also suitable for wearing with a thong.

How long will it last?

For optimal performance we recommend that you replace your SmoothGroove every six months.

Is it hygienic?

Yes, SmoothGroove is made from a medically approved polymer and has built-in antibacterial qualities, so is perfectly hygienic if you follow the care instructions.

What are the care instructions?

Wash your SmoothGroove in warm water after every use, dry it and keep it in its pouch in your underwear drawer. Don’t put your SmoothGroove in the washing machine!

What if I shave my pubic hair?

You can still use SmoothGroove if you shave your pubic hair. In fact, you are more likely to suffer from camel toe if you shave, so SmoothGroove is ideal for you.

Can I wear it in a bikini / bathing costume?

The clear SmoothGroove, which is ideal for wearing in bikinis etc. - but we would recommend using the optional velcro dots, (supplied), for added confidence!
